BCA collaborates with like-minded and reputable economic research institutes. The first of these institutes is the well-known Bureau for Economic Research (BER) of the Stellenbosch University (SU), where the owner of BCA spent 17 years of his working career as an economist. BCA also collaborates with Rode & Associates in the property sector.
Bureau for Economic Research

The BER is one of the oldest economic research institutes in South Africa. It was established in 1944 and is part of the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences (EMS) at Stellenbosch University. Over the years, the BER has built a local and international reputation for independent, objective and authoritative economic research and forecasting.
Rode & Associates

Rode & Associates (Pty) Ltd. is a 33-year old South African firm specialising in real state economics, property valuations, property research, town planning and property consultancy. It is also one of the large independent property valuation (real estate appraisal) firms in South Africa.
Rode introduced to South Africa the regular, rigorous surveying of market rental levels and capitalization rates through the expert-panel method of polling — a crucial and first step towards more uniform and realistic market valuations by the property industry in South Africa.
